Hikashop manual plugin

Good day!

I need your suggestion is there other plugin like hikashop manual plugin that allows per order transaction in shipment
for example: if you order 3-5 products the shipping fee is $15.00 and if you order 6-10 products the shipping fee is $45

I need your Help, hope it makes sense. tell me what plugin usually use this cause ill put it in my site

Thanks for your response but we cannot make all products make the same weight because all products are actually weight in per kilogram or grams it is more on spices stores like garlic and etc. do you other suggestion on it sir here's the live site take a look garlic store. so there is no other plugins that allows per order shipment sir ?
