The weight zero and the cart empty

Is there a way to deabilitate the weight control? The weight control on products limits the products creation. I must do controls and controls, I open the products one by one to control if I inserted the weight of the objects. If the weight is ZERO the object will not be bought as a object. I whould like to be free from this limit because there are limited cases with zero weight objects. What is the utility of this control? Thanks.

You can enable the option "Force shipping regardless of weight" in Config > Checkout > Shippiing & Payment.
A 0 weight is useful for the shops selling virtual products.
