Payment & Shipping problem

Hi,

I keep getting the following messages:

"- Please configure your payment methods
- No payment methods found
- No shipping method found"

Now I'm new to Hikashop so trying to get my head around it. I've looked at the documentation, but its a bit much to take in.

I'm not sure what to do as Plugins are enabled and zones are enabled

Thanks to check the shop default address, because if the default address is not in the payment / shipping zones, it will not work until the user enter their address.
You can too have a step for the login - registration - address, and another step for the payment - shipping.
By this way the system will select the available methods for the entered address.

If you still have the problem, that's probably due to a zone problem, a weight/price problem..
