Shorten URL

I'm using the "Categories on 2 levels" module to list the categories and I am also using the "content menu" to list the categories.

When I click on a category via the "Categories on 2 levels" module the menu URL looks like this:
www.mysite.com/hikashop-menu-for-categor.../30-accessories.html

When I click on a category via the "content menu" the URL looks like this: www.mysite.com/accessories.html

I prefer the 2nd option. How do I get the "Categories on 2 levels" module URL to look like this? www.mysite.com/accessories.html

I think that he was talking about a third party SEF extension like sh404sef, aceSEF, etc... .
