For Argentina, I don't really know which payment method is available. You have all the available payment method here:

You can too use the "credit card" payment method, by this way you collect the credit card informations and you can make a payment to your bank. Or use PayPal, on the paypal website we can pay via credit card.
If you have many vendors, you need the component HikaMarket, which is plugged on HikaShop. It allow you to create a market place website, so with many vendors, and it manage the transactions.
