How to change brands listing menu font size?

I add one menu to display brands listing you can see in attachment.

But I think the font size is too big,i found they are using h3 font size, i need to change it,

I think that using some CSS code will do the job.

but where to edit the css to control brands listing sidebar menu font?

You'll be able to know that by using firebug or just by analyzing the code of your page.
