cron blocked

Hi, i remember that i had the same problem but i've not been able to find the old topic.
By the way, after my update to business version i noticed that my cron is once again blocked
If i remember in the past time with the same problem you solved on your side and you told me to don't touch anymore the cron from my side.
Could you cecked my cron in your side please?

Hi,

I don't see any cron for your website on our end.
It seems that it has been deleted from your end.
Please create again the cron from your end by following our cron task tutorial and that should work.

I tryed but after saved i Had this message:

I've changed your cron URL to www.lacasettabio.it/en/index.php?option=...&ctrl=cron&no_html=0 as otherwise it doesn't work with your website.
Please refer to this message if your cron is deleted again in the future so that we can rapidly put it back as it should.

Hi,
i changed my server some days ago.
Today i noticed an issue:
i have a waitlist with this product: www.lacasettabio.it/negozio-online/aglio...-sulmona-bio-vendita
This mornig i added 10 pieces.
The cron seems to work but the waitlist does not work.
The users that put their email on the waitlist of that product did not receive the e-mail and the users still on the wait list.
Could you help me please?

Hi,

I checked your cron task and it is indeed working fine.
Does it work for other products ?
Do you still have the waitlist plugin enabled on your website ?
Did you configure properly the joomla and HikaShop email settings so that the emails are properly sent ? Do you receive other emails from your website ?

I made other tests.

-No, it does not work for other products.

-yes, the plugin "HikaShop Product Wait List Notification plugin" is eabled.

-yes, hikashop is able to send email to user; the emails are properly sent.

-yes i receive the email from joomla system.

So, i tried with my test site where the email system is not configure preperly. when i trigger the hika-cron i have:
some SMTP errors due to bad configuration
but i have the right work of hika-cron-plugins.
You can see that from my screenshots: the first one from official site and the second one from test site.

No, we didn't do anything on our end.

Maybe it's just because your waitlist plugin is configured to be triggered only once a day or something like that ?

my plugin is set to 2 hours = 7200 seconds as you can see from this screenshot.
Now i'm going to try with another product.
I'll tell you about it later.

about the other product i received the e-mail at 12:06.
So, exactly after two hours.
Now it seems to work fine.
But what could be been?

I honestly have no idea. Maybe you didn't see that the plugin was unpublished and it got republished after saving its options or something ?
Or maybe some delay in your email server queue because you were sending a big newsletter ?

I didn't send newsletter.
But never mind.
