Bypass shiping on local pickup

Greetings. I would like to know:
When a user choose to pickup local, is there a way to hide the address field in the registration form.

I think that you'll have to do it with some code customization through the cart file of the checkout view of your front-end template ("Hikashop->Display->Views"). but it would require some PHP/Javascript knowledge.

Yes. I know it is not implememted yet. My guess is it would require to hide the custom field IF shipping method is different than than local pickup.
Is there a good WYSIWYG developer tool for php/java (IE: Eclipse) ?

Doing it with EasyEclipse for php will be enough.
You'll be able to do it with some Javascript code, then every time that you select a shipping method, it will call your javascript function and this function will check if this shipping method is different than the local pickup and if that's the case, this function will hide the address block.
