FedEx option is not showing in some orders

I have both UPS and FedEx plugins enabled, and the UPS option always shows up but FedEx does not.

If I ship to Pennsylvania, FedEx is missing but UPS is there. If I ship to California, both options show up.

I checked the FAQ and did everything it suggested, but still no go. See attached screenshots for my settings. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Please let me know.

1. Can you test it with the last version of the FedEx shipping method ?

2. Can you test it with all FedEx services enabled ?

I installed the new plugin and checked that it updated OK. Still no FedEx. Then I put a check mark next to all services and received the attached error message. Still no FedEe showing up. :(

Anything else you want to try? Please let me know.

Hi,

I uploaded the last version of the plugin and tested it through your website with different configuration/address/combination of products... and now it seems to be working fine.

The problem still exists. It turns out the real culprit is the fact that there were quotes (") in the user name. Apparently, the UPS plugin handles this nicely but the FedEx one chokes. Once I removed the quotes, the FedEx options show up.

Now I have another problem. I get an error message (see attachment) with the following settings (see other attachment).

How do I get the error message to disappear? Please let me know ASAP. This site is live and it is confusing visitors.
