Flat rate for single product

Is there a way to have only a certain product (or even a category) just have a flat shipping rate attached to it?

I am using the UPS plugin and it is working great, however I have a few products that we want to simply add a certain $ amount to the order no matter what. How would I accomplish this?

The solution would be to :
- Use the "Use the prices per product" option of your manual shipping method.
- Set a price for each and a minimum quantity products through the "Shipping prices" tab of each product's page.

However this option isn't available with the UPS shipping method for the moment .

Yeah, I am not using the manual plugin because I am using the automatic "UPS Shipping Method" one.

I may just have to add extra weight until we get it to come out the proper cost.
I guess I could add a required "Option" to cover the handling charges, but I would really prefer this cost to be presented as a shipping line.

I think that this option will be available through the next release of hikashop with the multi payment and shipping feature .

Next release? I heard there was an update coming next week. Is that what you're talking about?
