change number of columns on product page

I have a similar problem to another user in that I cannot find where to change the number of columns on my product pages, so I read your reply to him as follows:


For the number of columns, you can go in the hikashop options of your menu/module and reduce the "number of columns" option. You can easily access all of them via the menus Display->Content menus/modules.

... However, although this seemed to help him, none of it makes any sense to me. I don't seem to have anything with the label "Hikashop Options" or indeed "menu/module" and I am losing my patience with this editor. Please help.

Can you give me a link to your listing page ? Then I'll be able to give you the ID of the content menu/module that you'll have to edit .
