Allow users buy without registration

I want to delete Login from hikashop checkout workflow but if I do it the user can not enter his address in the frontend.

If Login is active en hikahop checkout workflow user have to register to complete the checkout and if the registration form is simplified then the user do not receive the e-mail and he has not an username so I have an user without name in my backend and the user can not access to the page as a normal registered user.

I want to eliminate this step and allow user to enter his address without login. Is it possible?

If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, I think that you'll probably find your answer there :

If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow. Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also, you can turn off the "login" option there to remove the login area of the checkout.
That way, you will still have the address form but no user account would be created.
That "Registration" option is only available in our commercial editions.
