Add to Cart module not updated with Ajax ?

Hi guys , why the hikashop cart module does not auto update itself via Ajax when a product is added to cart unless you refresh the whole page. I thought Ajax was implemented.

This is probably a cache issue, try to disable all the cache:

You can to turn off the option "Use AJAX when possible for add to cart button" in Config > Main > Advanced
