Alpha User Points Payment Method & Email ??'s

I recently installed the Alpha User Points plug-in and have a few issues/questions:

Alpha User Points as a payment method is not showing up during check-out. The plug-in is enabled. I have set up the Payment Method per the documentation and "enabled" the Order_Validation rule (see attached). Can you give me some ideas on why it isn't showing up?

I would also like to customize the email that users receive when they have received points for their order. Can you tell me how I would code the email so that it will retrieve the users current points and the amount of points they received for their order?

I've tried to find these answers on the Alpha User Points site and can't locate much documentation.

Hi,

The value of "Group points: Warning level" should be a number.
Let it empty if you don't want to have a warning.

Your group points is "200", it means that the customer should have more than 200 points and the order should be higher than 200$
If these rules are not respected, the payment method would not be listed in the front end.
