change language site and change image category

I want to make a shop where there are no text links but there are only images for the category.
it is possible to ensure that these images change if I change the language of the site? (it <-> eng)

Why not edit the view to display the category name under the image using the font used in the image ?

By this way only one image is loaded per categories, and just the name change.
You can do that by moving the category name part under the image part of the view "category / listing_img_title" in Display > Views and add custom css in the "Frontend css file" in Config > Display > CSS.
