Order conf mail includes non desired text

Hi all,

We have a problem now. We defined some shipping methods in the manual shipping plugin, some of them assigned to bank transfer payment, some of them assigned to cash on delivery. When a user orders something as "cash on delivery" the outgoing mail contains the ORDER_VALID_AFTER_PAYMENT="Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment." Which has no meaning in this case. Where is this text insertion triggered to mail? We do not want users to confuse with this as they posted their order as cash on delivery and they will not transfer any money.
