Front page problem

Before I begin sorry for this but I can't see the right way to start and also somehow search function doesn't return me answer :(
I installed Hikashop on Joomla 2.5 (latest version) and created categories.
For test I created one product and now I have difficult to show it on fron page.
Here are printscreen:







What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

The white popup with the content "3 Da..." is not logical.
You should see the content of the popup because there is a javascript which should copy the html content in the parent parent and close the popup.
So, I think you have a javascript error in your page.

Which version of HikaShop are you using ?
Would it be possible to have a backend access to your website in order to test it directly ? (you can send us such private information by private messae or via the contact form (indicating the url of this thread)).

Hi Jerome,
Yes indeed this white screen was strange also for me.

As for backend access. I just started to create this page for e-commerce and there is only:
- Joomla 2.5.9
- Hikashop (latest version 2.1.2
- only think additional installed is JCE Editor 2.3.2.4

I will send you login details to computer.

Hi,

Can you enable the Joomla debug mode, and set the error reporting level to maximum, try to select again a category and see if an error message is displayed ?

We made a new package with a patch for this problem. You can re-download HikaShop and update your website.
