Add Canadian Shipping from US

Currently we have the USPS plugin on our website for US shipping.
We want to add shipping to Candada.
How do we do this?
Currently Canada shows as a country that we can ship to but in the checkout we are getting no payment method and no shipping method.

Hi,

which paymet method do you use ?
Could you give us more information about your configuration ? I think you have some country restriction and maybe a shipping restriction in your payment method.
