Paypal plugin credit card without paypal account

I have the latest version of hikashop business.
I have a problem with paypal payment method: I can't use credit card without having a Paypal account!
I have already set up a paypal business account and searched on the forum but still no results. How can i do??

PayPal block the possibility for some credit cards regardless of the type of merchant account you have.

HikaShop cannot do anything about it.
You should contact PayPal's support for more information.
