First of all thank you so much that I found my favorite E-commerce plugin called HIKASHOP. Because of this, I found new clients who needs help about this plugin.
I hope I will learn more all the technical backgrounds of this amazing plugin.
Anyway, here's my questions.

HOW TO USE HIKASERIAL IN HIKASHOP? Its my first time to hear this hikaserial so please help.

To make it clear, here's a story so that you know what I mean for this GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Girl buys a present for her Boyfriend. She buys a Gift certificate for 119€,- Gutschein per Mail ( Gift certificate send by Email). She finishes the booking process and gets an automatical genereated E-Mail which has an Serial Number Fx-0456 printed on the Gift Certfifate PDF File.
Boy has Birthday and gets the gift certificate and he is really happy. 1 Month later he decides to take a photocourse and looks at

which photocourse he should take. He decide to take the photocourse “Fotografieren für Anfänger” ( the beginner course) for 119,-€.
The booking process leads to

via iframe. In the booking process comes the question: “Bitte geben Sie Ihren Gutscheincode ein ( falls vorhanden)”. He looks at his Gift certificate and there ist he Code FX-0456. So he has to pay nothing.
And here's the technical requirements, please help on how to do on each requirements:
• The Number of the Gift Certicifate should be in the Format: FX-12345
• Each Certificate has an amount of money connected to it
• After using a Gift certificate, this gift certificate is used
• When the Price is higher than the Gift certificate, the system should put the extra money on the bill
• When the girl selected: “certificate via Post” she gets a different mail. In this mail there is the Certificate number but also a description of the snailmail which will be send to her manually.
