Automatic .CSV import?

Hi Guys,

I am wondering what the possibilities are to setup an auto import?

For example, we get a .csv file either emailed of transferred to the server, setup a cron to automatically import the csv via the Hikashop import method? We would also need the change a few column headings before import automatically if possible.
