how can i attach PDF file to confirmed order, this file is unique, has some confidential info inside.

hm, this is not what i had in mind, beacuse this is one time solution.
It doesnt have to be a file, it can be a link to dropbox or similar, just to let him see it in his order in webshop.
Any other existing built in hikasopBusiness solution/workaround?

You can create a custom field of the table "order" in order to attach the link to the order via the menu Display->Custom fields. If you turn on the frontend option your customers should be able to see it on their order on the frontend.
And you can remove the "fields" view from the "checkout workflow" so that it doesn't appear during the checkout.
