cant install hika commercial

hey, today i purchase hikashop essential. now i want to upgrade hikashop starter to essential. so i go to joomla extention, choose the new .gz.tar or .zip file (tried both) and just got this message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

i have a working internetconnection and all ports are free for me. all other extntion are installed by this way.

now what i have to do?

That's because of a resource limitation of your hosting company.

You could ask them to reduce those limitations.
Otherwise, you can do an install via FTP to circumvent the problem:
