Quantity refresh button on cart?

Is there a quantity refresh button on cart? Can I enable one? There is the quantity field on the cart, and if I update the quantity and hit enter, it updates it. But is there a refresh button that can go on the cart to update the quantity?

There is no refresh button in the cart module as the update is done automatically.
Nevertheless, if you want to add one, it's quite easy. You can follow the directions here:
