Our site sells athletic events. We have over 100 orders coming in during a registration day. If the example is as follows

Product: Event A (10k race)
Characteristic: Category (Men, Women, Children)
Product Option 1: Shirt Size (S, M, L, XL)
Product Option 2: Meal (Y/N)?

Product: Event B (Marathon)
Characteristic: Category (Elite, Intermediate, Novice)
Product Option 1: Shirt Size (S, M, L, XL)
Product Option 2: Blah blah,

HOW do we show the event organizers for events A & B (for example):
- the names of people who signed up for each category?
- the names of people who bought t-shirts
- the names of people who bought meals?

the event organizer needs to know how many of each shirt size to order, how many meals to order, who gets what shirt, meal, and who is in each category.

Thanks for the help.

Hi,

I think that the reports can be the solution. In HikaShop > Orders > Reports, you can create a report on customers, and filter on the products.
We are too developing a tool to allow you to filter anything and do what you want on the result of this listing.

Can you expand on the customers reports. I got a lot of great line / pie graphs but the "listings" / "tables" were giving me troubles... esp when i put the product in there.

thanks and I very much look forward to that as a feature in the backend.
