no "Shipping Method" to be chosen

I have been gone through the documentation about manual shipping method

. . . However, got stuck
I already enabled the "HikaShop manual shipping plugin" and created a published "EMS" in it. but still no shipping method to be chosen . . . BUT BE ABLE TO CHECKOUT

1. Did you followed the shipping FAQ ? it would probably help you to solve your problem.

2. Did you set a weight and dimensions to your products ?

3. Can you show me how did you set your checkout with some screenshots ? ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->'Checkout'"
