Thumbnails appear blurry

My client is complaining that the uploaded photos seem to be blurry (I don't see it) and would like for their photographer to resize the pictures himself for me to use. Is that practical and/or possible? What should I tell my client?

Hi,

You can replace the thumbnail images in media folder.
HikaShop create directories for the different size of the thumbnails. If you want to create the thumbnail yourself, you can replace the existing files with yours.
