Hi!

No unfortunately the problem is still there. All the images on my shop are blurry for some reason...? Maybe I can upload them again to fix this, or maybe someone knows why?

Hi,

What do you mean with "blurry" ? Could you be more precise on which images you have a problem ?
HikaShop could generate thumbnails and these thumbnails are generated using the GD library with a high level of compression. The compression could affect the quality of the image.
But it affect only thumbnails, not the images that you uploaded.

Thanks Jeromme,

it is the category images that are blurry, the product page images are fine. I went to try and change the thumbnail size in the backend and got an internal server error. There is a problem with the Joomla install, and so I cant access my global configuration to upgrade. Am working on a new site, but for now, will deleting the images in the thumbnails folder fix this do you think?

Thanks :)

Hi,

Thumbnails for categories are stored in the same folders than thumbnails for products.
By deleting a thumbnail file, HikaShop will not find it so it will re-generate it.
