I have installed HikaSop Business and Falang and in the main information field of the bank transfer payment plugin I have put a text in the default lange. I see no possibility to link translated text for the other languages to the module.
Any ideas

The translation of the information area has to be done via a translation override, not via falang.
In the information area, www.hikashop.com/en/download/languages.html#modify just enter a translation key like MY_KEY.
Then, in the translation override area of your translation file, you can add a line like this:
MY_KEY="my text first line<br/>my text second line..."

To be honest I don't understand what you mean i.e. where do I have to put the translation key e.g. MY_KEY ?
Anyhow I understood quite clearly where to add the line MY_KEY=" "

Although I've made the translations in the bank transfer module (see 2.pdf) the front end order summary displays only the text which I've entered in the main area
of the bank transfer payment plugin. (see 1.pdf)

The MY_KEY needs to be in the "bank account information" field.

If you don't see the translations made with Falang on the frontend, please make sure that you can see them in Falang's translations screen on the backend.
If not then please install HikaShop again so that it can copy the content element integration files from the install package to falang so that falang can find the translations.

Unfortunately your suggestions will not solve my problem.
Presently it seems that I've gained an intermetiate result when activating and using the Joomla Language Switcher instead of the Falang Language Switcher.
I will keep you informed.
Anyhow many thanks for your efforts.
