Product taxes depending zones

Hi

I have a zone Spain that includes Ceuta and Melilla and the default tax category is assigned to this zone.

I have another zone Spain- that excludes Ceuta and Melilla with no tax category assigned.

If the customer lives in Ceuta or Melilla the price in the front end must be without tax, and if the customer lives elsewhere in spain the price must be with tax.

I tried to assign the default tax category to zone Spain- but then the price in front end is allways showed without tax.
I tried to set the default tax zone in hikashop configuration to Spain- too but with the same result.

I am not sure if this is possible or how I can do it.

A super-admin account to the backend or an user account?

I think that a user account will be ok for the moment .
