The solution given by Mohamed is the correct solution, and his answers were correct too.
To have a reduction on an order you have to set a "coupon". The discounts are for products, not orders.
So with the option "Auto load in cart if possible" the reduction will automatically be applied, without entering the coupon number.
The error about the coupon code, is what you are calling the coupon "number". When setting up a coupon, they need a unique code.
And you can do all by yourself, you can too read the documentation and integrated documentation.
Auto load in cart if possible : When turned on, the system will load the coupon in the cart on the checkout if the coupon restrictions are matched without your customers having to enter its code.
In documentation I see no code, but "test".
And:
"Code : A code number is required for coupons.
Your customers will have to enter it in the appropriate field while checking out in your store in order for the coupon to be applied. Individual codes can be sent to your users via email using our integration with AcyMailing. That will result in one coupon per user, so if you have a lot of users, you might prefer using general coupons with a quota and/or an end date. You can directly click on it to edit it. Usually discounts do not need a code as they are automatically applied. However, it can be useful in order to be able to click on it on this listing in order to edit the discount in one click.
Type : You can create either coupons or discounts."
My question was about automatical order discount (three discounts: 5%, 10% and 15%). I mean without customer has to enter the code. The answer was, that it is
possible. But in documentation I don't see, that it is possible.
Many webshops are getting order discount. That's normal. So, I don't understand, is it possible coupon
without customer has to enter a code or not, because "autoload if possible" means it possible?
