Hi,

Regarding the minimum order value, you'll be able to use this option by creating a coupon.

Sorry, but I don't understand, can you me explain step by step?
Will these discounts be calculated automatically if total invoice amount is above set amount?

1. Sure, you'll have to :
- Go to "Hikashop->Orders->Discount->'New'"
- Set the Percentage to 5
- Set the Minimum order value to 75
- Set the Auto load in cart if possible to YES

2. The coupon will automatically be added trough the checkout thanks to the "Auto load in cart if possible" option.

Hope this will help you a little.

Hi,

I can´t do that for discount. That is possible only for coupons.

Instruction says:

"Minimum order value : This only applies to coupons. If set, a coupon won't be accepted if the total of the products in the order is under this value. The currency used here is the one used for the flat amount field even if no flat amount is set."
That same for "auto load in cart if possible"

Sure, I just wanted you to create a coupon which will be automatically loaded to the cart when the order exceeds 75€.

What he's saying is if it's more than 75 euros, the discount will be applied automatically.

Hi,

It means that you're using a code through the "Code" option of your coupon that already has been used.

Where is that "Code" option? I have code empty.
I've never done anything with these "codes" or coupons, so I got this topic started, because no clear info found.

I thought that if I Hikashop buy, I get a professional help. I'm not so stupid that do not understand what this means. I can read.

I waited hours for an answer how to fix this, but not for an answering what this means. My first question on this topic was really clear: I want three discounts: above 75 euro -5%, above 150 euro -10% and above 300 euro -15%.
So, if I good understand, it is impossible.
Sorry, but in two days no professional help for a small and clear question.

Vero,

The hikashop support is superb, From what i've seen in the thread you've had a lot of support and they've answered the questions.

"1. Sure, you'll have to :
- Go to "Hikashop->Orders->Discount->'New'"
- Set the Percentage to 5
- Set the Minimum order value to 75
- Set the Auto load in cart if possible to YES

2. The coupon will automatically be added trough the checkout thanks to the "Auto load in cart if possible" option.

Hope this will help you a little."

and

"
Sure, I just wanted you to create a coupon which will be automatically loaded to the cart when the order exceeds 75€."

Are clear instructions, with the keypoint being in bold and they've answered all the key points.

I know it's frustrating but if you wanted something with 24/7 support spend thousands on the top end ecommerce software for 24/7 support. I think for them getting £99/year and giving this level of support is outstanding. Perhaps there may've been a small problem with the way that you implemented it?

All those answers was not correct.

1. At first was >discount, than oh, just coupon.

2. I did what you said, nothing more and cant't this save. Answer: wat means, not how to save it.

3. And now the whole unhappy story instead for an answer to my question.

Vero,

I'm just another user of hikashop, i would be as stuck as you are with this. Just saying that they are doing a lot for the amount of work for what they are paid.

I'll give the steps a go on my end to see if it was a mistake on your end or a mistake from their setup.

Sorry, but I wrote to moderator or to hikashop people, not to you. If I pay thousands, I have to do nothing. I want to do all myself, I want to understand how it works. I sell my handmade products for a small amount and not say to my customers: if you have problems with my product, that are your problems, because you pay not thousands.

Hi,

The solution given by Mohamed is the correct solution, and his answers were correct too.
To have a reduction on an order you have to set a "coupon". The discounts are for products, not orders.

So with the option "Auto load in cart if possible" the reduction will automatically be applied, without entering the coupon number.

The error about the coupon code, is what you are calling the coupon "number". When setting up a coupon, they need a unique code.

And you can do all by yourself, you can too read the documentation and integrated documentation.

Auto load in cart if possible : When turned on, the system will load the coupon in the cart on the checkout if the coupon restrictions are matched without your customers having to enter its code.

In documentation I see no code, but "test".
And:
"Code : A code number is required for coupons. Your customers will have to enter it in the appropriate field while checking out in your store in order for the coupon to be applied. Individual codes can be sent to your users via email using our integration with AcyMailing. That will result in one coupon per user, so if you have a lot of users, you might prefer using general coupons with a quota and/or an end date. You can directly click on it to edit it. Usually discounts do not need a code as they are automatically applied. However, it can be useful in order to be able to click on it on this listing in order to edit the discount in one click.
Type : You can create either coupons or discounts."

My question was about automatical order discount (three discounts: 5%, 10% and 15%). I mean without customer has to enter the code. The answer was, that it is possible. But in documentation I don't see, that it is possible.

Many webshops are getting order discount. That's normal. So, I don't understand, is it possible coupon without customer has to enter a code or not, because "autoload if possible" means it possible?

I wil try again

In regard to your question at the end, isn't that where the "auto load in cart if possible" comes in?
