Quick look lightbox

Hi

I could not find the information by searching. Is there a way to when clicking on an product in the listing, to display a lightbox to add the product to the cart without visiting the product page.

An example of this can be seen on this site , where hovering over the image displays "quick look". Clicking on this this displays a lightbox containing the basic product info.

If this can not be done at present, can I please have a cost for implementing this as it is a request from a client and they may pay for the development of it.
