System -> Configuration -> Main -> Order

It's in there.

I'm not an expert at this, if i post on your thread i'm doing so with the best of my knowledge and just trying to help :)

Order number format : This option enables you to set the format of order numbers. It is only available in commercial versions of HikaShop.
