We have products sold thru Hikashop and use Community Builder.
When the public purchases a product and they are not yet a registered member in CB, they are asked to register (typical Hikashop workflow). Example here:

Upon completing the New User Registration most get the hikashop email:

BUT SOME NOT ALL get a email stating:

In this second case, they are not able to activate their accounts as they show as "blocked".
My CB registration settings are attached below... perhaps i should set "require email confirmation" to NO???
