Tax Display for products

I would like all items in my shop to display the prices without tax.

Currently the item prices display, but once you login the program will show tax on all items based on your address.

I only want the tax to display as an item on the check out page.

Please tell me how I can accomplish this

I have that option set to not tax, and it displays correctly until a user logs-in to their account.
then the tax is set based on their address and displays the tax on all items in the store.

I had to change the module tax preferance for the store.

from the HikaShop dashboard

Display/Content Modules/
the module associated with my Joomla menu Item was

Associated products listing for category listing menu 368

Click this module

find the Parameters for products:
scroll down to Show taxed prices

I changed mine to none.
