Can I have an user who purchases at cost?

I was looking on hikashop but I only can make discounts but this is not what I want.

I have a shop and a workshop with the same storage so I want to create an user (workshop) who can "buy" products at cost or another way, the user can remove products without cost and without invoice.

Is this possible?

Hi,

In HikaShop Business you can set ACL on prices.
So a customer who is in a specific joomla group will be able to have see different prices than a customer in the public group.

You can make some products "free" for this group of users. So they can buy them for free (and you can configure HikaShop to validate directly a free order and not provide an invoice).

Ok it works

Now I have a problem and a question.

My problem is: Product price can't be 0

The question is: How to configure hikashop to validate directly a free order and not provide an invoice?

I'm currently reloading my site so i don't have access to hikashop to test so sorry if this is a stupid answer, have you tried 0.00 for the payment or just leaving the box empty?
I'm not sure if there is a way in which you can do a free order and not provide an invoice.

Hi,

HikaShop have a plugin named "HikaShop free orders validation Plugin".
You can activate it in order to validate directly the free orders (in the HikaShop backend > System > configuration > Plugins).

About free orders and invoices, the answer already exists.
There is an hidden option which is explain in this thread:
