Shipping FEDEX PLUGIN

I am using hikashop and i want to use fEDeX, EVERYTHING is configured properly, but upon check out there is no shipping options, what am i doing wrong?

I don't know.
We do not have any information we could help us to help you. No information about your configuration, no information about your website.
So it will be a little bit difficult to give you a right answer about what you are doing wrong.

Hi,

In HikaShop backend, you have an "help" button on each page.
By clicking it, you will open the online documentation directly on your current page.

You can access it manually here:

I tried to follow the steps still get the same issue, I did re-pay for subscription my credit card company thought it was fraud purchase sorry about that but I did send an email maybe u can take a look I sent with login and password thanks

We will need more information on how you configured your fedex plugin to be able to help.

Please provide a screenshot of the fexed plugin options (you can hide the credentials) as we as a screenshot of your test product settings and of the Checkout tab of the configuration. That will allow us to see what you're missing.

Also, if you're not getting any error during the checkout even though there is no shipping method found, it's possible that your template is not displaying messages:

Please make sure that your template is able to display the messages and if then you get messages relative to shipping during the checkout, it would help us tell you what to do if you could give them.
