order confirmation not going to correct email

there are 2 ways to pay on my site.. via paypal and then over the phone that i modified from the HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin as suggested by your good selves in this forum.

if someone buy via paypal it goes to the email specified in the hikashop > system > emails > ORDER_CREATION_NOTIFICATION_SUBJECT and all is well but if i order via HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin the email goes to my address and not the email that is my clients...! the email set in the joomla global config > mail settings is my clients address and NOT mine so what have i done wrong please?




I must have forgotten something but don't know what.
can you please help?

Hi,

Sending the customer order creation email to another email than the customer email is not the normal way. So I think you have some override to perform this task.
Please check your email content.

as far as i can tell i have set all email to my clients email.. but when the order is made via HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin it comes to me!

where do i check please? thanks

it seems this client after making an order before cannot do it again...

She has tried sending an order but it will not let her get any further than the form filling in her details, she presses Proceed to checkout but it returns to the details page even though it is filled in properly?

what is going on please??

Do you have an override email ?
