Issues Integrating PayPal

I am having issues integrating PayPal to my website. After going through the steps to enter the fields for my PayPal account things don't seem to work. When in the cart section of my website, after selecting PayPal as the payment option a screen comes up which says:

Login or create new account
Registration
Registration not allowed

Can anyone give me some insight on what I am doing wrong here?

Hi,

The message "Registration not allowed" seems like your Joomla does not authorize the registration.
Please check your Joomla configuration.
