Product-Options-Checkout

We've created a product with options with different prices. Everything looks good when you select your options for the product (see order-page.jpg)however, you will see that it displays as two different products in checkout (see checkout-page.jpg). This is confusing as it should be just one line item instead of two. Thanks.

We are using joomla 3 and your latest commercial product.

Hi,

There is an option in HikaShop for this feature.
Configuration > Main > Cart > Group options with product

By setting "yes", the options will be merged into the main option. There will be one single line in the cart and the options will be displayed under the product name but in the same cell.
