shipping rates

I have a shipping rate for everything under $75 gets a $5 flat shipping rate. However, we had an order come in for $68 come in and it didn't apply the shipping.

The $5 flat rate is active under "HikaShop manual shipping plugin " which is also active.

Hi,

Is your shipping step displayed on the same page than the cart ?
I don't see it in the screenshots.

You have to display it, in order to have the shipping method selected.
Because you have only one method, you can force the selection of this method and then add a display none via css to hide the shipping part of the checkout.

Hi,

You don't have any weight in all your products and the option "force shipping regardless of weight" of the configuration has apparently been turned off.
That's why you don't see any shipping rates on the checkout.
