How to add in checkout near total discount ?

Discount show in the list of ordered products.
How to add on page checkout discount and total without discount (near total)
I understand this must be done in views / checkout / tmpl / cart.php
Help me how to add this? Thanks

That's quite complex to do.
I recommend you to ask a professional developer to add that for you.
It's indeed in the file 'cart' of the view "checkout" that you need to add your custom code via the menu display->Views for the checkout cart and for the module, it's the file "cart" of the view "product".
