Button press--> 4 Free Products to choose

I hope you can request my question:

I want to sell a package of 10 products of 3 categories. The first two categories with 6 products are not choosable. But the last category has 4 products and you can choose out of 40+ products. This 40+ products are already nice categorized on the website.

So far so good:
Now I want customers to choose 4 products out of these 40+ and want that the 4 chosen are not added to the price but to the cart, it is in the package, with the other 6 products.

The package site looks this way:
I will create an article with all products in the package.
Then on the bottom there will be a button where stands: "buy product and choose 4 product of category 3"

How can I relink the customer to the site where he can choose 4 articles, which will be added to the cart for free?

Nobody knows how to do it, or if it is possible??

There you can choose 10 out of 20+ products, this would be an alternative method to come to my aim. Is that with hikashop somehow possible?

Hi there,

You can do something approaching this but it's definitely not easy.
You have to create a new product and use the variant system to create 30 variants. Give these variants the name and price of the selectable product you want.
Then, copy this product with a different name, as much time as you want it to be selectable.
Finally, create a package product and add the previous products as options.
Then, on you product page, you will be able to select one product among the variant you create.

As I said it's not an easy solution and a custom work could be simply everything but it should work.
