add to the cart without directing to the checkout

But, I could not find "After a product is added to the cart" under hikashop checkout configuration.
I am on the latest version and this forum was posted 2 years ago.
Is there any changes or how can i set it without redirecting to checkout?

If you're using the last version, you'll probably find the "After a product is added to the cart" option through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->'Main'->'Cart tab'".

Another question, do you know how can I add a shopping bag link so that the customer know the number of product they had added in their cart?

I think that you'll be able to do it by using the "HikaShop Cart Module" and by setting it like this the "Mini cart" option to YES.
