I tried installing Hikashop business and I got the familiar error, basically this:

Warning
Warning: Failed to move file!
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /var/diska/www/fdlp30/tmp/install_51a6335381a3e
JFolder: :folder: Path is not a folder. Path: /var/diska/www/fdlp30/tmp/install_51a6335381a3e
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /var/diska/www/fdlp30/tmp/install_51a6335381a3e
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

the documentation stated that this was a common error and I need to convert the file to tar.gz however, I cannot find a program to create a tar.gz file and I tried downloading and installing the tar.gz one you make available after purchase.

Can you give installation tips to those who DON'T have access to programs that can create a tar.gz files? Or suggest a workaround. What if that conversion doesn't work. Do you have a file that will install?

Can't wait to use the new product! thanks.

Hi,

We already propose a tar.gz package of HikaShop:

I tried downloading and installing the tar.gz one you make available after purchase. I ended up getting the same error notice.

You seem to have folder permission issues on your web server.
The best ot circumvent them is to install the package via FTP as explained here:
