Button for Pay Pal not showing up during checkout

I have upgraded to the latest HikaShop Business version 2.1.3 and still having the same problem when a user tries to check out there is no button to select the PayPal account for card payment processing even though I have configured this plugin in the back-end. Also is there a way to change the width of the coupon and quanity boxex (they are way too wide)? The site where I am having this problem is: www.rideeasyleather.com/ .
