Creating Menu and Moving Categories

Hi

I am having below problems in my website eshop.in2computing.com

1. How to create or populate Joomla menu with all the categories and sub categories? Its really a pain in the neck to add the categories one by one as a menu item. The category listing module looks really weird in my T3 template.
2. Is there an easy way to change the parent category for multiple categories at the same time?

I would really appreciate it if you can let me know how.
