selling training courses - issue

I want to build an e-commerce site where we will be selling trainings courses (that the buyer would have to attend in person, they are not online courses).
In some cases, the buyer will have the option to buy 5 courses with a discount, for himself and other 4 colleagues.

The problem is, I guess when one buys he has to fill in his personal details. But in this case there would be a way to make a required step for him to fill in the details of all the other people as well?

Is there a way to achieve that?

I think that the best way is to use the custom fields.
Create address custom fields in the table "Item" and they will be displayed on the product page.

The user can fill it, and it will be one address per product.
And you can apply a auto loaded coupon in the cart to have a discount if 5 products are bought.
