limit regstration to customers only

Sorry if this has already been covered but forum search is not the best and my problem is urgent. My site is customers only and I'm getting people / bots registering thru mysite.com/component/user/register . What I'd like to do is have registration possible only thru HikaShop. Does anyone know a way to do this?

If you want to only use the Hikashop registration form, I think that the solution would be to use the "Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop Plugin".
